The First Slice

Dion opens the very first dion's counter on Juan Tabo Boulevard in Albuquerque. The menu is simple: pizza, salad, and lemonade. The line wraps around the block on opening day.

Expanding the Family

After six years of packed dining rooms, Dions opens its second location on Montgomery. The signature green chile pizza debuts and immediately becomes the best-selling item in dions history.

Going Local & Fresh
